Only thing I can say. Is that past super sayian god. People should not be able to sense goku's KI, unless they have god ki themselves. Something the show itself has forgotten way to any times.

Then he would be dead. What happens is that 1 day on the outside is 1 year in the chamber so in order to increase your strength fast its perfect but the downside is that you actually age 1 year in 24 hours and as we see when both Trunks and Gohan comes out their hair has grown according to a year. So they do age 1 year in the chamber for each 24 hours outside. 1 Billion Years in the chamber is therefore equal to 41.666.666,666 years on the outside.. So he would be dead long before that from old age.

SS3 Gotenks and super buu both could escape by destroying the dimensional barrier. Broly and Gogeta were casually destroying dimensional barriers. This "trapped" in the room of spirit and time, doesn't canonically make sense. As Vegeta, in base, kept destroying the infinite dimension of the room of spirit and time, simply by powering up. Now, if Goku CHOOSES to remain for billions of years, then that makes plenty of sense. "What if Goku trained in the room of spirit and time for billions of years " does this what if, but does it in a canonically consistent way. As if you use "trapped" you insinuate Goku to be below super buu (which, even in Z, he was above in his SS3 form.), which implies that it takes "billions of years" for him to catch up to super Buu, who isn't close to a single percentile as strong as beerus.
