Sorry to annoy you, but Penny isn´t dead. She never "Died". She got her body replaced by a original one, but the mind (note, i´m saying the mind, not the brain) is still inside her. The proof is that when the penny controller is without battery, she starts to help the protagonist. Even when she blew up on Kindergarten 2, the principal said "She can be repaired, with even more modifications", saying that Penny was alive
