I've listened to a lot of these story's and I'm about half way in but dude If hes a Sayain how is he getting stabbed with Kunai and getting hurt? Goku as a kid was able to take bullets from red ribbon army without any skin penetration and those were guns

Kyuubi learned a few tricks since being inside Mito and one of them was how to meddle in pregnancies. Basically he uses his chakra to shield Kushina’s eggs from any incoming sperms. It is said the Kyuubi makes a trollface every time he does this.
