He was 25 when he died. His career was still at its infancy. He had movie and record company ideas, charity ideas etc. Def would have been on mogul status... and community leader status. Deathrow would have been long gone, eastcoast and west coast would have been one by the time he would have been 27. And hiphop would still have been relevant today.

If he had survived, he wouldn't even have been able to talk, let alone rap; they took one of his lungs. Plus they had to cut off his fingers in the hospital. He would have had a miserable life.
