During this time while you are going through the no contact phase, day-by-day she will continue to miss you and her feelings for you will grow stronger and stronger the more time goes by. In the first week or two of no contact, she won’t be under too much stress and she will be expecting you to reach out and break no contact with her-how could you not, you’re obviously way more into her than she is into you (or so she thinks).

Of course, that’s the point. I’ve dated a girl this summer. Everything was amazing, but at some point i felt her turned off. We saw each other a month ago, we had sex, but I realised that I put too much more effort than her in that. So, I decided to go no contact and I assumed that she might never come back. A whole month passed since then and she still not texted me. I am aware that she is gone forever, but now I have respect and dignity.

@@sidharthmankar4773 don’t go passive aggressive. No contact means you work on you during this period. Build yourself up. When she reaches out. Do not immediately respond. Give a response time that reflects her time it took to reach back in touch. For example: if it took her 2 days, wait a few hours, if she took 2 weeks, wait a few hours- a full day to respond. You response should reflect a more centered you. If she’s reaching out she misses you. Set the date. Use your voice. Pick up the phone and call her as a response. Do not give her a weekend. Set the date for 3-5 days out. on a weeknight. During no contact read Chris’s book Develop Attraction at least 10-15 times to absorb the info. Highly recommended his Skype consultation as well. @@NeoZeta highly recommend giving “alpha widows” chapter a read by Rollo Tomassi. If seduction is done correctly you’ll widow her and yes. If at that point she comes back in picture. She must do 100% of the pursuit. If you are spending your time immersed in the red pill you should have a strong understanding of how best to move forward. She is considered and option if you so desire. I agree with Chris Canwell, no contact forever is always the best scenario

I made a big mistake with a girl I really liked and had only gone out with her on 1 date, I started to show some neediness, and insecurity, basically she got turned off by me being frustrated when she cancelled our 2nd date. Because I knew she was turned off, I assumed it was Over and decided to go No Contact knowing full well she won't come back because she thinks really highly of herself, she's physically attractive, young, successful lawyer (with no shortage of men interested in her I assume), but guess what? after 50 days of no contact she finally reached out, Chris knows what he's talking about!

I used no contact with EVERY girl I've been with. I don't do it to get them back, but just to hurt their big egos and to make them feel worthless, I admit that it is a big pleasure to me trying to use their own ego against them. I just say "So we are done? Ok, take care" and then I never give them any attention at all anymore, They can't handle it and always come back lol. Been in no contact for 1 months and few days already and no luck yet but I’ve gotten over the emotional feeling I had after being in depression for 9 months and begging / pleading to work things out with my ex Gf of 6 years. She lost attraction for you. Most likely due to feminine behavior or neediness. She is giving you a chance to "SHOW" you can change. Don't tell her anything else, at all! Don't call, unless absolutely about business or kids, then right back into silence. She wants to FEEL something for you again. No words will help. She wants PROOF, and the only way to do that is no contact, working on yourself, and changing what made her attraction level fall for you. Focus on yourself. She don’t want to correct anything with them so I recommended that we live in separate places that way she can allow her kids to be how they want to be. I mean why have them around if I’m not liked and they’re trying everything they can to sabotage the marriage. Rather than discipline them she takes it out on me. I'm doing no contact forever too!, and been doing it for one year and still on going since my ex got me removed from the house by the police and since that day i got removed by the police i have never contacted my ex in any shape form or way again! My family member was fishing info from me and reporting back to my ex in the first 3 months of the break but not anymore... I am concentrating on personal growth!

Difference between indefinite No Contact and Ghosting? Seems the same to me. Can use the excuse No Contact is a power move, but most high value feminine women with options view it as ghosting and will be so hurt, we’ll move on.
