If Superman didn't hold back, it would be potentially dangerous because of how powerful Superman is. Superman rarely goes all out unless he had to. Him holding back shows the level of restraint that he has, and I'm glad for Superman's restraint.

@@FFr-pv3su Not really. Superman gains power by staying in the sun for long periods of time. He flies far too fast through those suns to really get any kind of amp.
