Some were supposed to be in the same universe. Wolverine was supposed to cameo in SM. And kingpin from the daredevil movie was in SM the new animated series which is supposed to be in the rami verse. And apparently you can see the punisher in a background scene in SM2.

Yeah and then there was a deleted ending for Ironman 1 were Nick mentioned references to almost all of them and apparently one of the people who made that scene said it would end by paning out of the balcony to a bridge where we would see Spiderman swing by a bridge, but sadly Rami canceled Spiderman 4 so that scene was changed if only he didn't then we'd have the true MCU.

He just needs a little work on names and timelines of events. Thor's participation in both Civil War and Thor Ragnarok in one of his other videos made zero sense.

There were actually a lot of times where this almost became a thing. -Wolverine was supposed to have a cameo in the first Spider-Man. -Tom Jane's Punisher has a cameo in Spider-Man 2. -Fox was considering making an X-Men/F4/Daredevil crossover. There's even a deleted scene in 2005's F4 where Reed makes his face look like Wolverine’s. -There's a deleted post credits scene in the first Iron Man where Nick Fury mentions "Radioactive bug bites, gamma accidents, and assorted mutants", likely meaning that they were considering having every pre-mcu film exist in the same world.

I would picture magneto has telekinesis instead of his metal manipulation. He could read minds and becoming professor x. Then prowler/aaron davis was bitten by the spider and becoming spiderman(with a black suit like miles' suit) and then madam hydra/viper become a member of shield and called herself black widow
