Ningen have a very high possibility of existing. Our oceans are mostly unexplored and the Antarctic is the perfect place for them to live. There was a diver who worked for the US navy. Him and 5 others saw one. The ningen didn’t attack it just slowing swam farther away until they couldn’t see it any more. Not to mention the reports all seem to be random encounters and be describing the same creature.

I enjoyed really this one. I’m very glad we could come to an understanding. (Assuming you’re referring to me). But you made sound a little like I’m a celebrity and I haven’t really thought of it that way. I say this because of the possible paparazzi thing. Either way it was pretty fair. 👍😄 If you guys have an Instagram or something I might be able to help a little more. (Instagram is preferred though). And if you guys do have one, I would put the links in the description too. In terms of art, that kind of already happened. There is are sculpture garden of the coast of Europe, but I have also heard of sculptures being put in the ocean and pulled back up with the barnacles and stuff as part of the art. But I don’t know if they’re the same garden. There are also underwater cities in China (Lion City), and of the coast of India, Japan, and Egypt. Japan also has a WWII dumping ground where you can find old tanks and stuff but I would advice against diving there sense the bombs and stuff are still armed and, if nothing else, we don’t need any more radiation in our oceans, small amount as it may be. Or maybe it’s not so little. I don’t know enough about radiation in the ocean to speak thoroughly.
