Have you ever wondered what would happen if you found Paladin Brandis' missing recon team before Paladin Danse asked you to in Fallout 4. To find out, I decided to follow the trail of the lost patrol. After some time, I discovered the remains of one of the recon team members with a holotape beside him. After listening to it, I found the body of another member, which led me to the third person from the recon team. I searched him and found a holotape that finally led me to Paladin Brandis. And here's what happened when Paladin Danse tried to send me on this mission, which I had already completed in advance

I found Brandis after the Prydwen showed up but before I met Dance. I convinced him to return to the brotherhood.

If you have him rejoin the brotherhood and then do the railroads quest to where the brotherhood attacks, Brandis will be one of the attackers

I did The Lost Patrol after saving Danse’s team but before going on the quest with him so for ages I couldn’t turn it in and had to turn it in to Captain Kells.

@@nlrenzo9432 After prydwen arrives and you become knight you can go to Kells, he's downstairs under place where Maxson is busy with looking at windows, and then Kells will tell you to do the mission

Whenever I'm not siding with the BoS, I always at least finish that mission first. Because later on, I can't get rid of the holotag and the holotapes forever if I don't finish it.

doing that mission without speaking to paladin Danse and convince Brandis to come back he gives a legendary gun as a reward but if you do the mission through paladin Danse you don’t get the gun even if you convince him to join

I always make Paladin Brandis rejoin the brotherhood of steel. I save and drink alcohol, put of apparel to boost my charisma because you have to pass 3 speech checks each one more difficult than the last in order to convince him to rejoin the BOS

Fun Fact: if you destroyed the Institute before meeting Danse, he will thank you and gaved a Laser Rifle instead. You can no longer joined BoS in the rest of your Save

If you choose the correct dialogue choices, he will actually be non hostile towards you when you attack the prydwyen when you send him back to the brotherhood
