To be a successful business owner and investor, you have to be emotionally neutral to winning and losing. Winning and losing are just part of the game. Risk comes from not knowing what you are doing....

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.

Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.

Why buy if you know your getting ripped in Khanada

Yeahh no, its not gonna have too much of an impact on real estate. Only thing it’ll do is increase the expectations of buyers that rates will decrease further in the future

Canadian economy needs at least 1.0 cut, and they should have started cutting in December. Tiff screwed up big time

Its a little relief for auto financing, HELOCs and things like that. As far as RE affordability. NOPE!

27,000 jobs created and wage gains accelerated to 5.1 percent . Mortgage rates will rise as the 5 bond govenrment of Cañada bond yield spiked 3 percent on the news. Good times are back as interest rates rise.

Any cut is a signal that inflation is going a lot higher.

Maybe it does nothing to affordability but it definitely signals that the rate tightening cycle is over which in turn will begin to change the sentiment of the market .

That 0.25% rate cut represent about a 75$ reduction on a monthly payment for a 500 000$ mortgage payment over 25 years. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I'm an advocate for having a diverse investment strategy. I grew to a 7 figure mark with my portfolio having exposure to different areas of the market, including small and large-caps of the ETF index, blue chip stocks, coins, grade bonds and alternatives like cryptocurrency markets, as this helps manage the overall risk on my portfolio managed by my FA.. Credits to my adviser, Jeffrey, i have no doubt investing more

GET REAL ! ...... any .25 Bps cut isn't going to stimulate anything, this 'skin in the game' cheerleading is ridiculous.

Limited supply bahahahahahah, this whole thing about Canada not having enough homes is a joke. Nah, we just have too many greedy investors, not a shortage of homes.
@tommcd847123 күн бұрын
Too much red tape when it comes to building new homes. There is absolutely a shortage and its another self made problem by the Federal government. What does anyone expect when we let in 1,000,000+ new people every year but can barely build 200,000 new homes per year.
