CTM these days starts at 120ish up to 170 with bonus! CTM is a big dog role but also quite stressful as you are overseeing the trial and really have to trust each functions are doing their job.

Is that a starting salary with no experience (fresh graduate)? Also, is this a good idea for someone who wants WFH flexibility?

@@pockyeatingpandaIt takes several years to become a CTM. As a fresh graduate you would start out as a CRC (clinic research coordinator)
