A Connection Group is a men’s group, open for anyone.
They run on zoom and follow a standard format of checking-in and deeper sharing.

They are relaxed but safe spaces for men to talk.
You are welcome to join no matter who you are.
At each Connection Group you will find a group of men who are willing to listen to other men speak openly and honestly in a confidential space.
They are not therapeutic groups, but instead groups for like-minded men who come together to speak and listen.
