There's this trans woman who's been working in the Sainsbury's next to my flat for years. She started as a "goth" young man (my flatmate always refered to him as "Robert Smith") and slowly turned into a glam-rock trans woman over time, wearing a skirt and high heels at work even though that's not their uniform (you know, the privilege of being a minority, I guess). After the first lockdown was over, back in the summer 2020, she would wear not only a face mask but a whole transparent helment-looking head piece (I swear I haven't seen anybody else wearing that stuff apart from her) and she would freak out if a customer was any nearer than 2+ metres. She freaked out all the time for no reason. At that time I had to deal with my customers in a small restaurant having them at less than a metre all the damn time... Could someone imagine me reacting as childishly as this trans woman while doing my job? She still wears all kinds of stuff to protect herself from COVID (or at least she thinks so). It is actually quite sad that such a young person would be so weird in all aspects of her life, and that her employer would empower her all the time just furthering her eccentricity (I would even dare to say mental issues, but, oh, well, I'm no psychiatrist so...).

I can forgive him about that, the world is full of complicated stories and legal arguments that it's almost impossible to stay centered and up to date on everything throughout the world. Interestingly the drones in the sky and public filming rights helped prove Rittenhouse's innocence.
