He told me that a Chimpanzee would pass the 3-day course (£150 when he did it) and there were a couple on his course that were not even that smart, and the course providers sat with them during the "exam" (a tick test) and completed it for them. The SIA has somehow managed to get a .gov website address but it's NOT a public body, it's a private industry and regulates itself which is like letting school kids mark their own homework....!
