Nameste sir, sir agar wife ke husband ki death ho gye hai or uska ek child hai or usne 2nd marriage kar li hai par bache ke school mein first husband ka name likh rehe hai vo keh rehe esko change karvana hai to kya heme adoption deed apply karni hogi

Nice video, but what evidence could be produced to prove adoption 60 years back and person who was adopted along with parents passed away. Means how garndson prove this for property if no deed available. But name of father adopting child available on adharcard, voter id etc.

Sir, when my doughter was 13 year old my brother and sister-in-law both adapted my doughter with the consent of me and my wife by performing the rituals of lingayat (hindu). My brother died during march 2018 and my sister-in-law registered the adaption deed on july 2018 when my doughter age was 17 year. Is it a valid adaption or not sir ?

It's valid, cause adoption deed age limit is under 18
