Your employer sends the money to the court that made the order, and they then forward the money to your creditor. As I’m unemployed do I need to complete how much I get on the attachment of earnings form and how much I can offer each month? Or do I simply just respond I get Universal Credit?

Hey there , In my recent pay-slip the deduction are being made . So I contacted my payroll and I found out that I got fined because my traffic offense made by me 8 months ago but the usually fine for that offence is £300 but I got fined of £900 because I haven’t reply to the letters it’s happen because I have changed my address recently until that time I haven’t received any letter the letters came after i moved from my last address . Any suggestions whom should I contact ? As this amount is to much for my wages

hi there quick question.. can an attachment of earnings order be sent to a person for non road tax payments at all. especially if it happened 2 years ago.

What happens if the debtor changes employer? Does the attachment of earnings stop? What happens if the debtor breaches the order? What action can be taken?

You will need to fill out form N446 with the details of the new employer, there is no fee for this.
