My first spiritual awakening happened shortly after my beloved wife passed over. A voice inside my head started asking me questions. Why was I reading the newspaper? Why did I have clocks in my house? The book was given to me by someone who said that my late wife had “got into her head“ and told her to do this. My lifestyle and attitudes rapidly started to change. I was able to review my life with her and see clearly where I’d fallen short, my inability to recognise and express my deep emotional feelings and generally not be particularly self-aware. I was not looking for or expected to fall in love again. Then, out of the blue, an incident happened with someone who turned out to be my twin flame. I knew nothing about twin flames at that time. That was another traumatic event which sparked my second spiritual awakening. Subsequently, all my childhood trauma and fears were triggered. Now more than three years into physical separation yet very energetically connected to my counterpart. I would say that I am going through stage eight of the TF journey. One important realisation I had is that I should not be waiting for my counterpart to come forward as she is waiting for me to ascend higher. I spiritually and energetically pull her with me. I must complete my healing, growth and evolution before I can meet with my counterpart in physical union. 💕😇

The one thing I found more intense was your hearing ! Everything seems so loud and you notice the tiniest of sounds coming through so intense, especially my daughters birds ,to intense.

I met my twin flame at 12 yrs of age. We are now 54 yrs of age. We have been mirroring each others life throughout our journey. Moving all over the US & still being connected At age 27 we went a different direction and both of us got married. I was the runner thinking that I needed to see other people and we separated. We recently got back together last yr after 25 yrs of separation. Both still married. I separated from my husband. Did not push him to do the same because I was heart & head. I didn’t realize I was awaking and Still in love with him unconditionally but not sure of what I wanted. We have been separated for 7 months. I didn’t understand why but as I have now learned I was having a spiritual awakening/ascension. It got to the point that my energy moved a plant at different occasions. I’m scared as to what we have opened after meeting this time. I have been experiencing many things that I don’t understand. Your videos came when I needed them most. I met my person nearly 4 years ago or so while in a loveless marriage of nearly 30 years, however; l've (recently divorced). Yes I met him when I was 19 years old. There is no other man or person that ignites me like he does - it’s profound awakening at the very deepest level. I had so much spiritual counseling at the time. My life was turned upside down. Thank god I am way past this depth of darkness. The dark night of the soul happened after we separated in 1991. I walked away from him. It was the most intense time of my life. I have been through so many levels and stages of awakening. I’m now 58 and feeling spiritually very knowledgeable and confident. He has shown up again just recently and I realised that as I shift in vibration he is rising and looking for me. He’s noticed my changes. He texted me on social media and told me how special and courageous I am.

I went through a divorce from my long term partner/husband (karmic) and went on a spiritual path and it was only after being on this path for about 8 years and believing I’m healed and at peace that I met my twin. He triggered so many emotions and I experienced all the symptoms you describe here. The pain was unbelievable and I couldn’t understand what was happening to me. It’s then that I stumbled on the twin flame concept. The synchronicities have been incredible. A huge shift in awareness takes place and total transformation. My attachments have changed to wisdom. This is so what has been happening to me. Last summer, during meditation, a voice said to me two names - English names of a man and a woman. I decided to Google them and found out they were book characters' names and the book, the author wrote it based on his real life. After reading the whole book, I was so surprised how much those characters' lives matched my and my boyfriend's lives now. That was my first touch to the awakening of my soul. Thank you Ms. Pradnyaa! 100% spot on with each phase. My initial dark night lasted 9 months and I was like the walking dead. When you were going through the phases I was laughing thinking oh my God yes! How does she know! I wanted to see which phase i was at and it seems I'm currently at phase 8 but not all the way as I've not been guided on my mission yet. Thankyou for the information!

I was so glad to hear you refer to the caterpillar and cocoon! Thinking about that helps me get the 'twin flame journey' concept in focus. This particular incarnating of contemporary homo 'sapiens' is, in fact, very likely feeling restless and uncomfortable as a caterpillar approaching cocoon time. Just contemplating that whole thing is so full of meaning. The Polyphomous moth for example, he lives only 3 days and can neither eat nor drink. His whole existence is poised toward sensing his mate's presence through his great antennae. How blissful that scent must seem to him as he approaches the whole meaning of his life.

Yes my lifestyle has changed completely and I am transforming with great conscious awareness and I don’t react as much. I had my first DNOTS on Feb 20. I thought I was gonna runaway from my family 💔😭😭😭 because also my twin flame journey is a secret and it's killer at times.

Thank you so much for sharing. You articulated everything so beautifully, couldn't be any better. I met my twin flame in July 2021 and got awakened in September 2021. I have gone through most of the stages you have explained. I have not yet had any relationship with my twin flame yet in the 3D as we got separately shortly after meeting each other in the same workplace. We are in contact through WhatsApp(not through words but through signal breaking and reappearing after 5, 10, 20 counts.. It is something that I started and he followed and kept up with it) and social media everyday till now, with a few days whereby I disappear and just focus on myself without wanting to connect with him. I am so glad that I have shifted out of that obsessive energy in the beginning after I experienced spiritual awakening. Initially my twin flame was always coming towards me at office and also signalling in some lustful manner. I was with someone else at that time and didn't understand why a guy is behaving disrespectfully towards me. I am also much older and I thought he is a bad guy. After getting awakened I found out he is my twin flame. He is also aware of this. Thankfully he is a yoga teacher and can better understand this concept. He has been dedicating to me on social media, his videos of yoga poses with music that explains the lyrics of him wanting to be loved at his worst. I replied with my own version of music with lyrics explaining my side as well. I have learnt something valuable. The moment I focused on myself without feeling the need to expect something from him, he starts to open up more about his feelings on social media and looking for me more online. I feel him coming closer but yet I don't expect any physical meeting from him, any messaging etc. I just feel that deep peace within me and that adoration for him, that I just want him to be happy. It makes me smile each time I see the pictures and videos that he dedicates to me and basically just any pictures of him conducting his yoga lessons with his students. It fills me with great admiration. His love touches my soul deeply. I just went through a minor surgery and he gave me a WhatsApp signal to show his love and support a few days ago and is available most of the time to check if I am online. We have a 11 years age gap and for him to acknowledge this connection with me really touches my heart.

Wow, this was the BEST video I've come across yet that provides so many confirmations. It's so nice to know what stage I am at in the process. I'm realizing I'm at the "Who am I?" stage. I just said this to my friend today in tears that I've given so much of my life to others that I don't even know who I am anymore. It has been mind blowing how many synchronicities there have been over the past 8 months. In the DNOTS now and it has been a wild mix of euphoria and depression. I've never cried so much in my life. I'm feeling lost, but like I'm headed in the right direction. He's still running, but I see little glimpses of him slowly coming back (synchronicities). I don't have expectations of him, BUT I do feel like I miss the other 1/2 of my soul deeply. Incredible experience, but definitely NOT easy! Love your videos!!

Very helpful. With the DNOTS, i remember we had our first big fight and he walked away. That pain was so unbearable. Thru the painful process, i saw a vision of him and I sitting separately in pews in a church. I saw these helpers rushing back and forth between us as we sat still in sad silence.

My twin flame is my therapist. Yes! Really difficult. However, it has resulted in huge spiritual growth and just last week I have surrendered the Relationship to the divine. There have been numerous synchronicities on a daily basis giving me hope and comfort. It is a blessing that I get to be with my twin flame every week. The therapy has been incredible from the start. I feel at peace in myself and the talks by Pradynna are really helping with that peace. I have accepted the situation. Alleluia!

Why don’t others talk about how you can have several dark night of the soul in this journey that’s triggered for different circumstances. I think that just knowing this fact would help for others especially those of us who came here to see experience mental illness which tries to kill you, but when you meet your twin that is taken away years of suffering. But I can tell you it made me very strong but everyone is not like each other. It’s like a lot of coaches here not you directly but your teachings are wonderful , but I know those of us who have suffered yes suffered with mental illness the dark night can be a re play of that torment and can happen ego death at many moments during the journey , I just wish for others not to harm themselves thinking it’s come back the illness I know this because I’ve faced it every time the dark night hits

Excellent explanation this process is what I’ve been going through. I think I’m at a point where I need to know my purposes I have not yet been directed towards my purposes. I love the way you had laid the journey out but I awakened and studied physics years before awoke several times before met my twin. I’ve had all of these stories gbs come and go thru the years with or without my twin but I love the fact that there is a list but all journeys are different. The figurine she gave my friend is an angel and she said give it to this person you know who is struggling. This has been going on for a few years random strangers giving me guidance and encouragement. Someone is trying to tell me that they want me to feel nothing but pain when I think of them. This person seems to be connected to him. It’s really creepy and this whole experience seems like it has destabilized him as well. He does not strike me as someone who would want to hurt someone this much, though he has been upset with me. Makes no sense!!!!!

All of the phases you describe is very spot on for me. You have described everything I have experienced during my awakening. My awakening was triggered in 2015, since then I realized my life path is 33. I am still getting signs and synchronicities. Sometimes I feel like I'm going out of my mind. How would one decifer the difference between the DNoTS and depression?
