@@archit1048 people see these types of videos, take it seriously, and their life'll only be gym from there. No breaks, nothing. They start isolating themselves from friends and family, get depressed, and worried that if they even skip a day in the gym, they will look like shit. I'm not saying that it's the video's fault, they need to exist to motivate. The problem is how we react to them.

@@THECONTINENTALMAN as a person who has hurt himself so many times, i would say that its not entirely the person's fault as well when i was filled with self-hatred, working out was a hope it was a thing i couldn't leave but as you said i didn't isolate myself even tho i didn't gain friends, i started acting kinder to myself and as a result more happier to my existing friends. so man its not always the same for everyone i just can hope that they get the encouragement that they need.
