CRP can be high immediate post- delivery, but not after 45 days. Please consult your Obstetrician to rule out any possibility of infection.

Correct. But, if required.. We have to use them. Earlier, before the discovery of antibiotics, people used to die early because of infections. Antibiotic discovery has extended human lifespan. But.. As you said correctly, they have to be used judiciously.
