U WILL GET SOME MORE CONFIDENCE WITHIN U , U will meet some New Peoples in Temples , u can talk with them discuss with them about any ideas , AND MOST IMPORTANTLY IT WILL REDUCE UR LONELINESS. WHEN U LISTEN SOME MANTRAS BHAJAN KIRTAN WITH MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS U WILL DEFINITELY GET SOME PEACE OF MIND WITH BLESSINGS AT THIS TEMPLES. THAT WILL HEAL UR ANXIETY & TENSIONS. 12 ) if u want to start ur journey by reading ( Bhagvad Gita , Vedas , Upanished, Purana ) = Sure ! Go ahead. 13 ) You just don't like 2 reading our books = No Problem my dear. Go by Bhakti Yoga (devotion) tradition. Do some Bhajan Kirtans, Start Chanting some Mantras or Bhajans , Do some Normal Yoga Exercise & Pranayam , Take some Long Breathing & Start Meditation, It is good for ur Health , & this will improve ur Concentration Power. So that u can Focus more on your daily works. 14 ) You u don't like idea of Bhakti (devotion) ! = No Problem. Do your Karma ( Moral Duty ) = Be a KarmaYogi , Do ur best for all Mankind. If u are a Doctor then do ur work Properly , if u r a Police man do ur work Strictly , if u r a Student then Study Properly , if u r a Business man do ur Business without any Cheating. & MOST IMPORTANTLY ALWAYS GIVE RESPECT UR PARENTS , RESPECT UR TEACHERS & ELDERS , & WHEN U GET FREE TIME THEN TRY 2 HELP UR PARENTS ON THEIR DAILY WORKS. 15) if don't like all this & u want to Enjoy ur Life = No Problem at all. You're still Hindu. Our Dharma also Says do your first regular duty ,Fully ENJOY YOUR LIFE, & WHENEVER YOU GET FREE-TIME JUST REMEMBER THE GOD , THANKS THE GOD FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL LIFE.
