You’re right about the PP slides. I realize that the CEO of our company just stands and presents in the middle of the room and speaks…, no microphone or anything. He is as cool as a cucumber and well dressed. Great points .

“Leaders speak last.” I loved this point. I think that interrupting people has become an epidemic. I’m Native American and it is not done in our culture. I always find it jarring to be around people who have a habit of interrupting others. Thank you for this info!

Most of the native American tribes have cultures of respect - especially egalitarian respect. It's important to know and respect your audience, which is why emotional intelligence and self-awareness are so important in leaders!

The executive presence of an executive is not present when it’s not there. I could not agree more. How much do you charge to teach people to become leaders in charge? Any discount? I’m kind of leader already, but all I need now is some followers. Thanks.
