this is all excellent information. I am a horrible procrastinator and am struggling with organizing all the tasks I need to get done. I really like the idea of keeping a rolling to do list and migrating over tasks each week instead of having a list that I keep forgetting to check in my planner. I think I'm going to try this with my Hobo Weeks as an on the go planner and use my Cousin as a master at home/memory planner.

I can't even believe you had to say that about medication 😮 it's kind of scary. You're doing great, I came off the meds I could, a couple of years ago. It was so difficult. I believe in you! X

I can't believe you had to clarify the medication situation......🙄 And I wish you continued luck in successfully coming off of the ones you don't need to be on! I once stepped down off of a benzo, slow and steady wins the race. ❤

im so happy your feling better thank you so much for opening up about mental health i stopped my med because the clinic ran out,,,for 2 months suffering all the side effects to now go back on it again so im going through more side effects i hate it but i have no choice right now the person who haandled my case got fired and no one picked me up again it is terrible and now im lost and trying to plan and so cunfussed i have to log everything but dont know where to start thank you

Thank you for this... I literally grabbed my pen and paper and started taking notes. I have been really dealing with procrastination, then get irritated at myself for doing it. I am going to take some of these systems and try them. I love all your planning systems.

I am a decorative functional planner too. I don’t do the Alister method but I’ve developed my own method that works for me. It’s not perfect but it works and I adapt it as I need to fine-tune it. Tasks that are routine or day specific go on the actual day. And tasks that I must do the week but not on a specific day and tasks I’d like to get done that week go on my sidebar and I do them as they fit. I never migrate day-to-day. I find it stressful and unnecessary. I migrate week-to-week if needed. This works so well for me. And I have some master lists I maintain in the back pages of my common planner for additional tasks, goals etc. that’s the part i continue tweaking that part as it’s not perfect. But it’s pretty good and improves all the time. I also feel your system has to adjust and adapt to our lives and the seasons of our life too.

Only a few minutes in so I may be back with another comment later but I already have to thank you. I’ve been planning for how many years now and it never occurred to me to actually write down the things I’ve asked my kids to do as a way to (1) remember I asked and (2) make sure they do it!?!

Hey it’s the energel clena 0.5 it does smudge if you wipe over straight away. But it also drys quickly
