hello everyone in this video we are going to knw about Gesso or texture white.
1.Gesso is an important art supply which makes your canvas ready.
2.It's a primer which is made of calcium carbonate LaTeX pigment etc.
3.Gesso makes your canvas more thick.
It makes your surface texture, which is very useful for painting.
4.Gesso prevents your canvas from its absorbing tendency.
5.Without gesso if you paint on your canvas sometimes it seems the colour is drying.
That's why the painting turn opaque.
6.Gesso holds the colour & helps it to be thick.
7.Gesso & white texture work same.
