Yeah, especially if their first comfort is binge eating, I wonder where they would get that from? Why do the parents like that it’s kids fault when they are buying fatting foods and fizzy drinks. Stop buying takeaways and fatty food
@awkwarddumbass69494 жыл бұрын
If the parents are fat, they are probably not encouraging a healthy life style. Lana’s family for example gave their dogs fries instead of actual dog food. Their parents need to set an example for their kids.
@Milkpastasoup4 жыл бұрын
It's not that fats are bad. They're just fed more than they burn. It's literally as simple as calories in, calories out. It doesn't help that the foods that they buy or make are high in saturated fats. Those are linked to heart disease, saturated fats clogging arteries therefore increasing blood pressure and risk of heart disease. The parents are literally setting her up for a miserable life. A short one at that. Type 2 diabetes doesn't exactly sound fun at that age either.

Yeah the problem with a lot of American shows, especially the Biggest Loser is they make them eat like rabbits and then critize them for eating anything real. At one point they were given a treat in a room of chocolates with an amount they could eat but if they took any they actually lost. No one is going to give up sweets forever, even the skinniest and healthiest people eat sweets, it's not fair to expect people to never pick it up again.
@twdjt62455 жыл бұрын
Bekah Hoffman I agree that it’s unreasonable to expect people not to pick them up ever again, but as someone who has been on the ketogenic diet the past just over 7 months (with 90lbs lost, fatigue gone, depression improved, and many other benefits) and planning on doing low carb high fat for the rest of my life, it’s a mistake to think that you can’t have enjoyable foods without eating things that aren’t good for you. I have delicious food every day, while still having many nutrient dense Whole Foods. There are desserts I can have that have zero sugar and very few carbs that are as good as the real thing. It costs more time and money to make them, but worth it for a healthier rare treat. When it comes to sweets and carbs in general, once you stop eating them for a while and kind of break the addiction, you crave them a lot less, especially whilst in a fat burning state. That being said, again, you are right, and even after I reach my goal weight, although I plan on doing low carb 99% of the time, am I gonna deny myself some sugary tropical fruit if I go on vacation or something? Not have cake or pie on my birthday? No. And it’s no biggie if I do indulge on the rare special occasion.....because by then I’ll be so fat adapted that it won’t have much of an effect on me to cheat, but the assumption that maintainable weight loss is all about calorie in calories out no matter what junk you’re eating is plain out false ........(and that goes for how you feel as well as losing fat) and far more unmaintainable in the long run than (more or less) giving up the foods that are poison to our bodies and make us want to eat more and more of them (carbs, rather than fat/protein).
@marinacroy13382 жыл бұрын
im just gonna say that i was super chubby in middle school and highschool- even with doing sports- cause my parents gave us a ton of fast food and icecream every day and stuff. Depending on your weight losing 3 lbs per week is not unhealthy. Someone who is 400 lbs will need 1000s of calories per day to maintain that weight Cutting down to 2000-1500 calories per day plus exercise will equal massive weight loss.

The women with the daughter who ate raw sausages... That's actually a huge sign of an illness that is very rare. I watched a video on the exact illness about a week ago. Can't remember the name though. If you look up "never ending hunger" it should show up. I believe it was made by the same people who did this video
@alli_gator23933 жыл бұрын
I thought the exact same thing! It’s called prader willi syndrome I believe.
@firetiger5823 жыл бұрын
@@alli_gator2393 I had been curious about it because I am reading a manga about a vr treatment idea. (It's fantasy but is good.) They called it bulimia and I new that was wrong. I was so happy to find a video showing what it really is and how it is for people with the illness.

Prader-Willi is easily diagnosed and has physical characteristics that this girl doesn’t have. I don’t understand why mom didn’t try to find an answer by seeing a doctor. Seems that she was not worried to do anything about it which set up the daughter for a difficult life.
@bleronk68402 жыл бұрын
it’s much more likely that she suffers from binge eating disorder. It’s not that her body can’t be full, it’s that she loses control of her eating to the point where her bodies system for feeling full is overridden.

“she has to change before she dies young” I agree with the mom, she’s trying hard. Naturally she is beautiful, so is the mom. Mirror mirror on the wall doesn’t matter if I’m short or tall if I have skinny legs or my hips are wide it only matters how I am inside blue eyes brown eyes black eyes or green what is beautiful can’t be seen so please don’t judge me by my parts because most beautiful thing about me is my heart:I had a diff comment before, I didn’t know it came off rude, I didn’t mean it to be. So I changed it.

At school we do a fun run. If you get people to donate money for you multiply that times the amount of laps you run in a set amount of time (average 25-50 laps). So you get 1 person to donate 1$. You get about 25-50$. 2 people = 50-100$. So on. Then donate that to a charity and for the school. kids happy tho cause 1$ donated (which will = about 25-50$at the end) = a bag of 5 dollar prizes. Maybe try that every one happy kids: get prizes and fit better school. Parents get fit and happy kids and a better school (minus dollars but umm...) Other people who donate: help kids get fit and donate to charity Charity: gets money
