Hey Screen Printers! Many of you are curious about liquid tape and its functionality. For starters both liquid tapes are meant to cover open areas of the screen where we don't want ink to pass through. Screen Print Direct offer two varieties of liquid tapes. First, we have Ecotex® SR liquid tape, designed to withstand solvent cleaners and inks. It can be easily removed with water during the reclaiming process. The second choice would be, Ecotex® WR liquid tape, which is water-resistant. Ideal for prolonged screen storage, it doesn't come off as easily with water compared to the SR liquid tape.
