I agree 💯 it is also a major imbalance for me. Solar Plexus - it has to do with self confidence. Mostly lack of financial resources. Thank you so much for this explanation Caroline.

Oh thank you ok..I.imediately felt it and then realised its that which makes me not want to go outside much...that feeling whatever it is...its like a punched gut ...I have a lot of financial atress but also nobody has my back.

These perspectives are simply a reaction to a lack of connection to the world around you, the new technocratic age is actually trying to do this by replacing actual connections with digital, symbolic ones, the energy body notices the difference, and this is felt physically as anxiety, stemming from the gut area. The brain is telling the body that loads is happening, but the body isn't feeling any of it, so there is discord between inner and outer states. When you think of a person, a tendril from the solar plexus area reaches out and connects with theirs. If the person is 'not' locked in 'self reflection', their tendrils glow and exchange energy with yours. When locked in self reflection, the connection is not strong and constant, like a wire that has been cut, the 2 open ends fire sparks into the void, this becomes static, and is felt as a crushing anxiety, where we end up restless enough to need to do something, but feel we lack the energy and confidence to actually do it. It results in a life that seems more connected from the outside, but feels less connected on the inside.

An alternative approach is to say as a statement of truth, this is me in balance. Then just be still and let it be so. The wisdom within will do the heavy lifting.

That is so crazy!!! I actually did it. I close my eyes. I took a breath. I asked myself where am I? Out of balance? I said my stomach to myself……. 10 seconds later you said your stomach and I was like wow!!!?

I was in and out a truma bond relationship. When we finally went no contact I broke it off. Then found out she was engaged 3 months later. Even though I know it was a bad relationship totally heartbroken.

I went to a seminar in NYC years ago and was excited to listen to Carolyn Myss but was extremely disappointed because of how she spoke to people , she was very arrogant and belittling to people in the audience that moment I said I will never buy another book or listen to this lady .

Interesting... she came to Brisbane Australia many years ago we drove 3 hours to listen to her. I felt she came across similar to your experience. I allowed her some grace as she was upset as the airline had lost her luggage. Coincidentally I lost interest in following her her.

Wow. You should study. Even Western allopathic Doctors call the stomach area below the xiphoid process "The Solar Plexus". Almost every human being knows this fact. 😮
