I am in my 70s and I do 60 pull ups every day in sets of 10 reducing to 6s also 3 or 4 sets of push ups 20s reducing to 10s .I have been training almost daily since I retired 10 years ago.

Unfortunately, a lot of health clubs and sporting events do not include seniors because their abilities are stereotyped. This certainly exists in the job market too.

I read this in a book 1990 s young old 40 s 50 s old 65 senior but it's prob changed over the years .

age should never matter when living life do what your heart tells u not what Social norms tells u to do

If Grandparents were more involved in young folk's lives than this negative view would not exist.

Old age is when you stop enjoying the life. This leads you to a state where you don't take care of yourself and do activities which will bring you joy, happiness. And with that, a bad mental health, depression and possibly a shorter lifespan.
