Good evening Doctor, My aunt has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and her treatment is going from Pgi Chandigarh, doctor recommend her for chemotherapy. Right now her blood and weight is falling rapidly (Age 58 years, Weight 37 Kg and Blood 10 gm) so should we go for chemotherapy or bring her back to home and if we go for chemotherapy then what is the life expectancy of her.

Hi sir... Pls provide information on extensive stage small cell lung carcinoma.. as my father who was alright 2months ago suddenly started coughing blood.. but that problem was only for two days.. we met our pulmonologist and suggested hrct chest scan then prothombin test then biopsy n ebus tbna and then finally suggested us to oncologist.. he suggested ihc test.. then it was confirmed that my dad is having extensive stage sclc.. actually I m afraid because the cancer has reached into the bones also.. i m not sure whether he has blood cancer also cos.. he is having 4 lumps one in mediastinum measuring 5cms mass , 1 in bronchus, 3rd one is in neck as lump and 4th one is in liver measuring approx. 2cms mass.. and top of that he is CKD patient also.. he has his first chemo session 14 days ago and the 2nd one is to be done after 7 days.. pls suggest whether he is receiving ryt treatment or not.. his chemo drug name was carboplatin.. Pls reply as soon as possible... Will be very grateful to you..🙏🙏🙏
