Excellent advice. I was on day 55 arriving in Baltimore last August. I had to book advance travel to BWI from Texas. Seats to Ramstein were bleak, so stayed the night, then took Amtrak to Wilmington and on to Dover. I signed up from Norfolk to McGuire. 73 seats Dover to Ramstein, I was first on the cat 6 selection. Your strategy is spot on.

Hey thanks, I do appreciate it! I plan on flying from Travis AFB, CA to JB Dix/McGuire sometime this year. The goal for me is go get over to Philly for a cheese steak. Yes, for a cheese steak. But could you elaborate on what you think I should do in profiling JB Dix/McGuire on KZfaq, any suggestions/recommendations?

Where can I find out what type of aircraft a particular flight is? I am only interested in PE flights, since I am disabled. It's best that I only travel on a PE since I cannot climb stairs onto an aircraft.

The Patriot Express is listed by passenger terminals on their 30-Day schedule. Terminals that do NOT have a PE only feature a 72-Hour schedule. So, Travis AFB, SETAC, BWI, NORFOLK, and so forth feature PE and the associated 30-Day schedules.
