You are awesome as always Joshua. Thanks for sharing the insights. Oh if you don't mind, I have one question about Kanban. Do knowledge works can be move backward e.g. from validate column back to development column because it is incomplete?

Validate or verify column? Because those are two different columns with different purpose.

@@scrummasterinblack Oh I see. I am not using Kanban for software development. I am using it in an education industry where undergraduate students must complete their scientific projects. However, I really like to know about the difference between verify and validate.

Hi Joshua, If Sprint Review shouldn't be used as an opportunity for UAT, then let's say we have 10 items in the Sprint Backlog and 5 of the items belong to Sprint Goal. Team achieved the Sprint Goal on the 5th day of the Sprint, so according to Scrum Guide 2020 they shouldn't wait for Sprint Review. So the team can demonstrate that Sprint Goal functionality to stakeholder to get feedback? So does that mean we can have a mini Sprint Review on the 6th day of the Sprint? which may give more requirements: 1) Team then instead of working on the remaining items from the Sprint Backlog may need to work on the new requirements from the mini Sprint Review 2) Team then have a proper Sprint Review on the 10th day again Does that sound correct as per Scrum? I have given an example of my team who uses 2 weeks Sprint.

The Scrum team can release that 5 increments to production environment before the Sprint review to achieve the Sprint goal. Teams who already practiced DevOps most often already automate the acceptance testing so they don't need to do "User" acceptance test. Hi Joshua, I want to ask quick question about increments in your video. Each product backlog item is called as a increment in video. For clarifying multiple product backlog items can also be a single increment? Is that ok?

Correct. Multiple PBI can also form a single increments. In one Sprint it is also possible multiple increments are delivered.

@@scrummasterinblack Thanks Joshua, I want to ask about DoD. Every pbi should meet whole Dod or Increment meets? Sometimes some pbis meet some part of DoD because of other parts of Dod not applicable. For example every pbi does not need security check or unit testing etc.
