I've been having knee pain since I was a kid. No doctor or coach ever have mentioned to me the type of shoes I'm wearing. This channel is really helpful. Thanks for the hard work 🙏

This is glorious, I've been looking for "orthotics insoles for overpronation" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Danandonton Miraculous Domination - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is an awesome exclusive guide for discovering how to end your foot pain without the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate got great results with it.

When you walk, you you put one foot in front of the other. Have you ever stopped to think about how you walk? Pronation is important to maintaining good lower body health! Watch our video to learn more about pronation:

I don't have flat feet, i have a normal arch, but my feet are overpronated, when i was a kid, my mom one day noticed that my feet were weird, so she took me to the hospital to get x-rays, from what i remember, i think they explained to my mom about how my feet were tilting inward, but i wasn't given much of anything for that lol. Standing on flat surfaces barefoot after a while hurts, since i put pressure on one side, and the bone on the soles of my feet starts to hurt a lot.

Ahhhh!!! Finally. I had to look at anatomy of feet to find which part was the worse and everyone kept saying over pronation(which I didn’t know what it was). 20 laps around our driving pad is 1 miles so I’ve been doing that to avoid gym during covid. Constantly turning left while running has left only my right foot in so much pain. Now I finally understand why! I thought i was going to have to quit running

Hello, I have a wierd problem, since so many years I think I suffered Supination, I remember my footwear sort of deformed like I put more weight on the outside part of my feet, now from a couple of years ago I now have noticed that I am suffering now from supination, from looking to my footwear my feet posture have changed (maybe I tried to correct the supination and developed pronation?) my footwear now does not wears out to the outside but wears out terribly at the inside part of both heels and I am having pain on my lower back that radiates to part my glutes and hips, no pain or trouble walking. No flat feet at all.

Would be very helpful if you simply show the bottom of a shoe to show the wear caused by "pronation". Faster to understand than words, words, words.

So what is pronation? Lots of information here except for what the video is supposed to be about.

That's explained right in the beginning. Pronation is a mechanism your feet use during movement. You strike the ground a bit on the outer edge and the foot bascially rolls to the inner edge to absorb the shock. That's perfectly normal! If you don't have any pain there is no need to do anything. Some people over-pronate, the foot rolls too far and causes unwanted stress. Shin- or knee pain are the result. However, shin- or knee pain can also arise of bad running form or simply over doing it as a starter. So pain does not automatically mean you overpronate. You have to be careful because you never know who wants to sell you what. Sometimes things can be fixed with proper training, no expensive inlays or shoes needed. I mean we are born to run barefoot. Running barefoot once in a while is an extremely good workout for your feet muscles. If you have a beach in your vincinity try a beach run. Otherwise buy barefoot shoes and run on grass or in the forest (soft underground). Good luck!
