Yes, ours was sent out in March 2020 gotten a letter in the mail around June saying they were going to move our case from Nebraska to Virginia to help move it along a month later I got another letter that they were moving it back to Nebraska. 😮🤦🏻‍♀️😡

What is the difference between the I-601 and the I-601A

The I601A overcomes unlawful presence and you can file it if you are in the US. Do you need to overcome more than entering without a visa and overstaying?
