This video uses an example to explain resource smoothing by delaying activities or tasks with float or slack by making use of a Gantt chart and resource histogram.
The resource histogram and Gantt chart is used to even out the resource demand by delaying activities with float, that is activities that is not on the critical path.

Hi Pieter. I watched the video, but I am unsure of wether all 4 activities with slack must be moved or can you choose between 2 activities and leave the other two with slack in their original place?

Yes, you can choose between B and E or D and E.
