As activity E depends on completion of activity C. It is not possible to keep both on same day. To lower the labor demand we will have to extend the duration of the project by one day.

At the end of the video we place Task 'C' and Task 'E' at the same day. As this is a Start to Finish relationship we can assume that the work will first start with assignment C and only once 'C' is done 'E' will start. We can do that as long as the question/project permits us to perform two tasks at the same day. when you think about it, it makes sense that first we pave and only later we demobilize. However, if we would have a curing time that requires a day or the question would specify that only one task is allowed per day we would have to further allocate the task. This also makes the assumption that task C can pause once started. Bear in mind that some tasks cannot pause like that without negative facets.

Can you please clarify this for me, the task C part that you reallocated to day 13, how did you do it, hence the task E depends on tasks C and D? I hope you'll get my question. Thanks in advance

Sir actually there is a mistake as C latest finish time is 12 but u took it too 13 which is not correct.

but C is a predecessor of E so if the last activity of C comes to the day when E is meant to start, that means E cant start, because C has not finished .....what do you think?

Thank you for the effort. I've noticed that the date you used in your example are not that precise. At the end you'll end up extending the project by 1 day.

Excellent Video! Sorry for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you considered - Teannah Psychic Sucker (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good one off product for finding the best project management and business templates minus the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my coo-worker after many years got amazing results with it.

Great video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you thought about - Teannah Psychic Sucker (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one off product for finding the best project management and business templates without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy at last got amazing results with it.
