Dont worry it doesn't cause any harm....I too get the burning sensation at first but I continued...now it's working on my skin

I use it had the burning sensation..I keep using it but have some kind of burns and little little prose begane to appear now my skin looks very bad dehydrated and rougy...I put on hyloronic acid too but no avail and use deep hydration product too...I don't recomend it

it is useful for ingrown hair. because it will slowly remove the dead skin cells build up and get the hair out eventually.

I dear I too have oily sensitive skin.. I use glogeous facewash. It is glycolic acid based facewash. Though it comes around 900 rs but my one bottle lasts for a year.. you can try it.. it works very well on my face. My dermatologist recommended it fir me..

depends on what the root cause is. it can vary from person to person, but its mostly about the fear of not being able to control. i suggest you talk to your therapist about this in detail. also, since your anxiety is related to future, it might help to have some concerete plans and goals if you dont have one yet. And for the rest, try to keep your mind busy and diverted. watch tv, read books, anything...keeping the mind occupied can help retrain the brain to not focus over the same intrusive thoughts again and again.

@@SuperWowstyle Prachi I fear about my mom. She is on treatment now. Thankfully Her condition is stable. I am taking a break from therapy as Im visiting my mom. I’ll resume my therapy once I go back to my work place. As long as I have work , deadline I’m fine. I get anxious thoughts when I don’t have any work or when I’m alone. I live in south because of my job and can’t visit her often, it’s better at home but it’s so difficult when I’m at my workplace. Yes I’m very clear about what I want in my life and have plans but sometimes things are not in our control no matter how hard we try and it’s difficult to accept. I’m gonna discuss these things with my therapist once I go back. Thanks a lot for helping me ❤️🙏

Don’t use vitamin c if you are using salicylic acid. Get a Hyaluronic acid moisturiser. Do this morning and evening Face wash Serum Moisturiser Sunscreen (only morning) Use vitamin c after few months when you finish salicylic acid products.
