This looks awesome, 1st game I have been excited about in a while.

Starborne is a MMOS game where you build things just like old facebook and browser games but it's a fancy looking one. Just like every browser strategy game, you wait for months to build stuff and if you happen to decide quit the game because it puts your face into sleep, you wont even look back and miss it a bit because.... because it's just anoher browser MMOS game but this one tries so hard to be that unique browser game so people actually stick around to play it for once.

Reminds me of two of my favorite games I've played, Freelancer and OGame. Definitely should give a try. (I'm not happy about Freelancer successor - Star Citizen. I don't need that fancy graphics that I can not play on my notebook. Smart developers understand that the most important factor of success is game-play. I hope that devs of this game made good mechanism for economy in this game. I do not expect economy to be such great as in EVE online, but it will be great to go in that direction)

I saw this when it came out but played it now and it is 100% PAY TO WIN, want to build faster then everyone else? pay. want stronger ships and buildings then everyone else? pay. Ik it free to play but this is essentially mobile game.

Quite a fun game, not much pay to win because you can't buy resources anyway, just need to log in and let the game do it job while studying XD

I like the concept, but it seems a little too reminiscent of the dangers of Space Command, the mobile game. Mainly the 24/7 aspect where some super-powers will raid while you're offline, and most of your game is spent grinding while hiding from the top server players.

So what is this? Sorta looks a bit like the tabletop SFB strategy game Federation and Empire but on a PC. And 40ish years later. That game was hella-fun but you need a lot of free time.

Graphics are insande, but how do you get a hexagon grid to orbit a star? Far hexacons will orbit slowly while near hexagons will orbit faster. I suggest to the game designers to consider some kind of radial grid.

It is really nice and fun game. Only downfall is that it is highly pay to win so if you are not into that avoid it ! Personally played game for one "season" as game was just finished with beta.
