I have being call crazy because my head is very fast with ideas , problem solutions and strategies I can say I received info and in second I already building a map in my head with solutions and finally at my 33 can feel related and feel comfortable with people like me. I will start study now is never to late. ✨🙏🏼

What is strategy ? When a overthinking and information overload mind is given proper, channel, training and direction . Information overload is bad but if the same information is organised you become a sharp tool. In other words analyze look from all possible angles past,history ,politics and the relevant Doman come with possible outcome and then you plan it based on the predictions you have made.

I want to work in strategy consulting and I have the choice between to master so I need advice. What would be better better between a msc in audit & management control or an MSc in project management? Thank you

Hi Paul. I would add that strategy is little bit more granular. It means it needs to address a challenge or problem. Strategy needs to include steps how we the company is going to achieve their goal.

That "strategy needs to address a challenge or problem" is more like a tactic than a strategy. Strategy should develop a value proposition that optimally addresses client needs (the "value proposition". Find a client's pain points and address whether you will address their need through a targeted approach that may cost more but creates the greatest value (product differentiation) or whether you will do this through a broad approach that doesn't create the greatest value for a specific client but creates a bit of value at the lowest cost across a broad customer base (cost differentiation).
