But today when I have unterstood the circumstances then I can't make it ryt , as I am compelled to focus on my career. As a working woman i can say that now a days being strong is only option for every gender. Man and woman both have their own struggle and goal to achieve but what youth is doing is comparing each other and declaring each other life is easy. As Sir said Man don't have choice . And as a respective and responsible woman and for her self respect women choose to work. Sir I have served in the forces. So have my parents. But I have seen many men in uniform taking leave on karvachauth whining to stay with their wives. Whereas us who were actually fasting did all the work from day till night. So strength has nothing. To do with gender. I have lifted 20Kgs while on my periods and having the worst cramps of my life. And this ignited men’s fury all the more. One one hand they didn’t allow you to behave like a lady and on the other hand if you exhibited strength that would hurt their ego. My parents were my standard for strength. I have seen whining and crying men in uniform. I have seen women made of steel. Not all men. Not all women.

Exception? Exceptions are secure men not troubled by the fact that women can excel in male dominated territory. Men come from the same society na. He graduated late due to treatment because he had tb in his leg bone with God's grace it is completely cured. Family member thought he will never get marry bcz of tb. But then my mother married him and a year later he started earning as a software engineer in hp .

Unfortunately parents are behind these women too who look at men to support them. Because this is what they were taught. Saare tyohar toh aadmiyon ke ird- gird ghoomte hain... be it karwa chauth, bhai dooj, rakshabandhan, ahoyi etc. Aurat ko bachpan se yahi training milti hai ki tumhe koi doosra kar ke dega... pehle maa baap, bhai phir pati aur phir beta. Lekin sach yeh bhi hai ki jin gharon mein pati kuch nahi karta uss ghar ki mahila hi ghar ka aadmi hoti hai. Balki aadmi se badh kar hoti hai qki kama ke bhi laati hai, bachche bhi paalti hai, ghar bhi chalati hai aur saas sasur ko bhi sambhalti hai. Mai 6 mahine ki maternity leave pr hun aur ek baat samajh aa gyi ki naukari karna 24 ghante bachche paalne se bahaut aasan hai.

This is a phenomenon which is seen all over the world. The reasons are many in India. Single child, brought up lonely without siblings or other family members/working parents/too much money which leads to lack of enthusiasm to do something as everything is just bought with money/ parental pressure/no access to playgrounds, nature/ too much screen time etc etc last but not the least mental/psychiatric ailments are rampant. All mental illness might not be severe and need doctors but definitely it takes toll on overall personality. Both men and women face this challenge. It's more present in society than one thinks. Thats the reason alcohol and drugs are practiced , in all young people belonging to all stratas of society.
