Shouldn't Eathbending also have bone bending? If you really think about it, your bones are about 65% minerals, which would actually make it easier than metal bending. How scary it would be. A bone bender could just touch you and your bones are now spearing all your organs.

Forget how impractical it is, I'm fucking with fire, it's the only bending that can reasonably one shot and doesn't require the element to be nearby in order to use, you just need to be able to breath and if you take a deep breath it still works

This actually makes sense, unless water weather's the rock and dirt the earth is using, and if the fight is 40 minutes before a full moon it's game over for earth unless earth has an advantage.

I have so much to say about this… in agreement: The 4 elements kind of scale from availability and low physical power to limitation and high power based on what state of matter they are primarily in with exceptions mainly in certain subsets. Fire - Plasma - Generate it yourself - Fairly easily blocked minus combustion Air - Gas - Everywhere minus a vacuum - More force than fire Water - Liquid (most often) - Needs source but could be humid air - Slicing with water Earth - Solid (most often) - Needs source - Big rock go crush The difference is by the existence of metalbending, the only situation earth actually has that limitation of availability is in the ocean, several feet suspended in the sky, or in a wooden box (And maybe one could bend the earth under the floor boards but idk)

Earth makes sense because its the fucking earth that shit could probally work in space too because its basically you cant get to space but fucking imagine the powet.

Aether. Aether is the best elemental. It controls all the other elements, and it has its own powers. As someone who has studied folklore and mythology for a very very long time, it is definitely aether.

I was about to argue that with waterbending you could use it to drown someone by bending the water straight into their lungs, but now that i think about it you could probably do that with all of the elements. [ Excluding air cuz it's defeating the whole point of them not breathing ]

That one move where they move the earth under someone’s feet to slide them to the side always seemed so broken to me. Imagine combining that with using Earthbending in tandem with chi blocking: You could continuously slide someone around and jut thin pillars of earth out of the ground to aim for their pressure points. To take it further, combine this with acupuncture by using needles to do the same or even induce movement like a makeshift, puppet-like version of bloodbending

Not gonna lie he is totally right with the placements. No one can say water bending is the most powerful element because if you aren’t by the ocean you are totally losing, if you aren’t by any water source you are losing. If you caring water with you then maybe you have a chance, but you can’t carry a lot with you. Fire could be tough to control but if you train you could do it and maybe win 1 fight against 1 person, but 2 people you are dead. Air, you can fly, but if you mess around like Aang then you probably won’t every win a fight. And Earth had no faults it is the best one and the one you should have. If you want water then have it but earth is the best with just taking one step or just move one hand up, you can make someone fly in the air for 8 seconds. The final order for me is… 4th: Water 3rd: Fire 2nd: Air 1st: Earth

Really good ranking, actually. I'm still choosing water because if the air isn't dead dry you can pull water out of it. Not to mention the plants and other things that carry water (human bodies? maybe?). If that's the case you could literally just materialize water around the person's head and stab em. Or even better, use the water and sweat on a person's body to turn them into an inverted sea urchin. The only way water would be handicapped imo is if you're fighting in a dry desert, and even STILL you can probably find some sweat or something. Whereas if you were underwater as an earthbender, you'd be cooked.

IMO all bendings are equal, as they should be. An advanced firebender can counter waterbending - but an advanced airbender could counter firebending. Air is not very damaging but very defensive, Firebending has insane offense but not much defense. They all have strengths and weaknesses and I believe this was an intended part of Avatar.

my opinion 1st: Earth Bending 2nd: Water Bending 3rd: Air bending 4th Fire Bending Let me Explain: for Earth Bending pretty much what you said and there should be bone bending bc bones are made up of a bunch of minerals (even if its not canon like you said that Kyoshi in the books did glass bending so that can be possible in later series) so its better than blood bending bc blood bending only happens at night but Earth bending you can do any time and there is lava bending which is op too for Water Bending its the only bending that can heal, so far canonically control bodies with blood bending and deal with spirits like you said in the video so its more op than air bending which I am going to talk about next for Air bending the place where I disagree with you bc sure it can be used to suck air out of peoples lung but that is not too special because ive just explained how the two other elements can control the bodies which is way better than just sucking the air out of peoples lungs even if you can only use it at night which is about 49.5% of the day (according to Google) and for flying and spiritual projection which you said yourself has its downsides (especially spiritual projection) for Fire bending I am tired of typing so much so I am just gonna say that I agree with what you said

Didn't Yun recreate other 3 elements by only using earth or is it false news. Sand banding is sooo similar to air bending. Mud bending or liquid metal is practicaly water bending also liquifying earth. With the friction of two rocks you can technically make a fire. Soo earth bending is a lil avatar.
