The late Dr. Sebi was well known for his use of foods as both a healing mechanism and a conduit to illness prevention. Thankyou for the information it is hard to get some of these items in the USA. Like instance the sour sop fruit and the grapes with the seeds in it.

you see we in Africa have a lot of fruits, herbs, nuts, and grains the world has never seen. they contain a lot of minerals and vitamins like the ones listed here. so sometimes you may not see these listed here but we know.
