Can Disney even afford to make such a move given their current economic problems? Despite all the IPs they bought up they are still sinking. It’s even gotten so bad that their parks aren’t making enough money and are being forced to enact mass layoffs.

"Dragon Ball" will still be in Good Hands at least for Toei Animation not giving up the Anime License to any Company (not even to an Evil Corporation like Disney), while DBS will keep making more Chapters by Toyotaro since he still shares the same Experience and Visions as his Mentor, the only minor difference is he's no longer under Restrictions by Toriyama.
