Our panel have a wide range of answers - for Gavin Finney, working closely with actors was something he hadn't accounted for being so important, whilst 'The Father' cinematographer, Ben Smithard, describes his ongoing battles with VFX.

Really liked this one. Sometimes we feel like we need to know it all before putting our work out there and turns out even established professionals have their struggles as well.

Those channels make me feel miserable about the gear I have. Then I lose the courage to film something because I feel like what I have is not enough.

I was under the asumption that the photographer decide the shot, not the director. the director has vision of the story but the photographer has the artistic style to portrait?
