very simple isn't it? loving kindness, great compassion, joy, and inclusiveness. help each other suffer less. your suffering is my suffering- that's empathy! awesome.

Maybe practice is actualy important. First I need to love myself. For me to love is to avoid suffering to set boundaries, to care for other, stay in good vibrations and to heal myself and my partner. My suffering called mental illness, but it still suffering and pain, I want to love.

What we have done for others is still stimulus for others whether they will be happy or no depend on their way of thinking. So I think it is a great illusion believe that we can make others happy. We can radiate happiness by being happy but we can not make others happy because it is ultimately their choice.

love is a non existent myth which everyone looks for. a thing which no one can possess or have for asking. love is an idea everyone wants or seeks. but it is hollow because the minute you think you need it that is the moment you are needy. otherwise alone is the only thing constant and those who have people flock around them dont want people constantly. those are people who recharge alone and are fed and nourished by others constantly.but they do not see that. no one cares if you suffer it is just something we are supposed to deal with and if i meditate long enough its just okay to.be alone. neither one works
