Double charge Vitrified tiles are also as smooth as Nano coated Vitrified tiles. Only Soluble salt Vitrified tiles can absorb or get stains from ink, tea, oil, marker etc because it is not coated. Nano coated tiles and higher range like Double charge, GVT, PGVT do not absorb or get stains because they are coated on upper layer to cover it's nano pores. All Vitrified tiles are in rectangular shape, as far as industry standards allowed. For bigger size like 32"x32" , 48"x24", 48"x30" or more spacers are recommended. Even though we can install without spacers too. All we need is straight wall without any undulations (which is less possible till today), a well experienced layer who will first prepare for all sides/ walls in rectangular shape.

The manufacturing process of Kajaria Tiles and the tiles of other companies is very similar, and the small companies that exist in Gujarat are marketed by Kajaria Company by putting Band of Kajaria Company from those companies. Nothing more😊

Good job. I work in rak ceramics outlet at uae. Frankly, we, salesmen have no clue whats the actual differences between tiles other than porcelain is stronger. Thanks for the information. Subscribed and waiting for regular videos. One question is why is certain models of porcelain are very much over priced? Since all are printed digitally what makes certain designs over priced. Example: Rak lounge collection All colours are differently priced. Why?

Very informative video. I just have one confusion. What is porcelain tile? some videos (including HR Jonson viedo) (also wikipedia) claim that it is one type of vitrified tile and some others claim that it is not vitrified tile but it is better than ceramic tile. Can you please give some infomation on this? Thank you.
