I saw you mention you wanted to know a little about the Starry Night Painting. Van Gogh did the painting from memory and the small yellow light behind the trees/mountain is actually the sun rise.

My island is a giant heart with a bunch of heart cliffs and ponds scattered around as well! These maps are all super inspiring and make me want to have even more fun with my own map! I especially like Leapfrog and Starry Corner :D

The creativity, the talent, I caaaaan’t!!! I loved all of them but the Starry Night one took my heart. Also the fact that she had all blue villagers was so pleasing to look at on the map. On a side note, I love how expressive you are!

I was so happy to see leapfrog from froggy crossing because I LITERALLY VISITED IT IN A DREAM ON ACNH LAST NIGHT , I think that island is a total masterpiece and I’ve been to leapfrog probably more than 5 times

There's so many random little bits of these islands that I love, too. Like I love how the maypole is in a grass round surrounded by soil and all the orange flowers around it @7:03, and the grass standee in front of the wheat field in front of the cypress tree @5:13?? just so good!! And the custom blueberry bushes @9:35 and the galaxy soil for the star field just a bit before that?? so great too :D I also really love those rainbow stripes around the default stone pattern at the beginning of Froggy Island!! It's been a few months since I've played so I'm trying to figure out how they did that ? I think it's just bc the stone is only 2 tiles thick so the stuff under can show through right??

I have watched froggy crossings video for 2 year and to see her kid core island in someone's video is so good to see and the reason why it's raining ofn leapfrog is because she saved her dream address on a day that a double rainbow was there but I guess I you didn't notice that.

These were so good! A cat island has kinda been my dream for a bit- slowly been collecting cats on my island :P I did the same with beanie babies forever ago and hopefully I can get it to happen. Even if I gotta mix in some lions and tigers cuz I'm too lazy. Starry Night- definitely gonna visit. It's literally a dream and I gotta see more of it up close :D

Definitely most favorite was the starry night one, but personally I think I would have loved it more if they didn’t use so many stars. But besides that the island was definitely a 10/10 and honestly they all were, give me inspiration to re do my island

Starry night 🌌 is actually something Van Gogh painted in an insane asylum, and the cypress tree (the black pointy blob that is the focal point of the painting) represents death

im not a fan of overly cluttered islands myself makes it so hard navigate and to shoot down balloons henche why my first priority of my island was to make everything easy to walk around
