It takes time if you don’t have the money. Don’t rush on a project, that’s for KZfaqrs, if it takes 5-8 years to build then so be it, time flies so fast, if you buy the best parts here and there throughout the years, you’ll have a kick ass ride when it’s done, my grandpa spend over 10 years each on a 41 Cadillac and a 74 firebird. The end results are worth it. He made 40k on the 41 after he was done with it and now he has another project going after he finished the 74. He makes decent money but he’s smart and cheap and buys the best parts over time. We have all the time in the world, don’t rush projects, enjoy the process. It give you time to think about how you want the car to look and drive instead of impulsively putting in mods/cosmetics you would regret as your maturity develops.
