Beautiful, but I have been under waves like this a good many times in my life on the Atlantic coast, and it is anything but Zen and peaceful. The water forces spin and throw you like a piece of seaweed, leaving you completely unable to tell where the sky and air are.

People are saying how this wouldn’t really be such a peaceful experience, and I get that. But if you are scuba diving, bringing your own air with you, wearing a face mask, and/or maybe also hanging on to something anchored on the ocean floor… I bet it would be doable. :) I’ve gone ocean kayaking, used my surf board more as an oversized boogie board, and also gone boogie boarding. The water I was in wasn’t super clear, and I worried about what was under me most of the time, lol. But scuba diving, and getting to see what really is under me… sigh. :)
