I know the feeling Had 3 GSD -s in 10 years We used to adore the had tilting and everything about them .However , I wouldn't encourage the challenge between him and dad I'd rather you two would sit on the sofa , wait until Zeus settles and you all cuddle 😘

What I find funny is that my GSD (long haired) doesn't do any of those things! My previous one did about a few of them.

For all the people saying he will snap later.. shut up.. I had a GSD as well they are bat shit crazy but they know how to fall in line.. you know your dog and some dogs play certain ways.. like my girl GSD didnt like my wife touching me lol lol it was sooo cute tho... everytime my wife hugged me she would walk over and try to get between us.. they don't realize they are not lap dogs..they are sweet and crazy at the same time.. loving and protective all in one.. what people see is hime protecting mom but we don't see the all day every day response he has with his father.. you see 10 second clip and judge him.. stop stop stop.. my big GSD was handicap and still was like that.. they are talkative and feelings hurt easy. 😆 🤣 😂 we are in the process of getting another God's willing..

I think you confuse him with some of your behaviours. You seem to like stirring him up. Never see any clips of him just being a dog in a natural environment?
