You do realize that some animals cannot be returned to the wild right? I think she mentioned working with an animal rehabilitation center but I could be wrong. Either way, It's unfair to make assumptions when you don't know, but on the other hand I understand the concern.

@@fragsties4118 This! Thank you! Monkeys are not domesticated and it's beyond cruel to make pets out of them. Of course they're going to get attached to their caregivers when they're babies. That doesn't mean they're domesticated or happy.

It always breaks my heart to see non-human primates as pets, regardless of how much their owners “love them” or try and care for them. They just need to be in the wild, they aren’t domesticated pets and an overwhelming percentage are euthanised or end up in zoos or sanctuaries.

Awww, poor monkey. He's the kind of pet monkey that will wind up being surrendered when it's young owner realizes what a huge commitment he is. He's adorable though and I hope his next set of parents can keep him forever.
