Great motivational video for a new boba shop owner such as myself. I'll be starting end of December in India where there arnt any established Bubble Tea shops nor the people have any knowledge of what the drink is.. so hope all goes well.

What do you find to often be the minimum or average net profits of boba shops in different town types? Is the net profit per month satisfactory?

I don't 😅 Honestly, if you do the match realistically for all of your overheads without missing anything... Plus extras you take into consideration like winter months (still need to pay staff) then you should be fine. There's way too many variables for me to even give a rough estimate. I've seen crazy busy shops making crazy money... But their struggle is just as intense as a small slow sales shop with minimal fixed overheads and owner occupied.🤔 I usually advise small business start ups to start small and work your way up by using the profits. But it all depends too on the area the shop is located. 😐 Sorry for not having a perfect answer for this one. 😉 ...But I'm giving a different perspective.

I love the mic 🎤 definitely adds to the interviewing vibe, although I would be stingy and pull a Wendy Williams not let no one hold it 😅. All those flavors this shop has sound so unique and delicious 😋 if I’d live near there for sure the shop would be my weekend spot to satisfy my sweet tooth ❤
